As is customary, Mizuno MP-58 Irons the defending Masters Champion will choose the Mizuno MP 62 Irons menu for the annual Champions dinner. Olazabal will also accept the Ben Hogan Award on Wednesday from the Golf Writers Association of America during the organisation's dinner at Bell Auditorium.

In 1995, Olazabal served hake, a fish served in great numbers in his hometown of Fuenterrabia. While hake is Golf Clubs among the fresh fish found here, it's not simple to carry across the Atlantic. "Basically, no one knew how to make it,'' Olazabal said. ``This year, we'll try something a little more simple, like me.''
